Flat Rate Feeder System consisted of years of research resulted in the design manufacture of the Colour Code 2 Programmable Feeding system. A proven design with over 4000 installations from small herringbones up to 100 point herringbones.

Once the stockman has checked the yield and worked out the amount of foodstuff to be fed – converting the results into colours, the system is ready to use.
Each dispenser is capable of holding 3.5 kilos, according to the density of food being distributed.
The system comes with three pre-set variations of ration, varying from grams to 3.5kg. This can easily be adjusted to suit the stockman’s feeding regime.

With easy recognition of colour related to cow, it only takes a matter of seconds to press the appropriate coloured switch on the console.
The switches on the system are large, robust and spaced consistently with the hand and finger size.
Once feeding is complete, the system automatically refills the dispenses, ready for the next batch of cows.
Eliminating time taken by the stockman for feeding, the flat rate feeder system increases the throughput of cows and at the same time, dispenses cake with a high degree of accuracy across all mangers.
